33% of elderly people in the Netherlands indicate that they feel lonely at times. Jill Mulder and Hans-Elias de Bree, founders of Genus Care, also experienced this problem with their parents. They found it difficult to maintain good contact with their parent(s) from a distance and to keep an eye on them from time to time. They longed for a product that enables remote contact and care. A product that provides peace of mind and confidence when you are not there and allows you to feel connected to each other from a distance. Out of this desire, Genus Care was founded in 2018. A company that focuses on the development of the E-health product Genus.
